- Cookies & Analytics: We use essential cookies for secure login and functionality of the dashboard. We also use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with our website and improve it accordingly.
We do not use tracking, marketing, or retargeting cookies, and we do not allow third parties to advertise to you through our services.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect only to:
- Operate, support, and improve the Quality Analytics platform;
- Maintain your account and provide customer support;
- Analyze aggregate usage trends using Google Analytics;
- Display your company name or logo as a customer (with opt-out rights).
We do not use your data for behavioral profiling or advertising.
3. No Sale or Sharing of Personal Data
We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information with third parties.
We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising or data “sharing” under CCPA/CPRA or “selling” under GDPR.
4. Use of Customer Logos
We may display your company or agency logo on our website or in marketing materials solely to identify you as a customer. If you prefer we not use your name or logo, email us at admin@qualityanalytics.io, and we will promptly remove it.
5. Data Retention
We retain Customer Data only as long as necessary to provide our service or comply with legal obligations. Within 30 days of cancellation or written request (whichever is sooner), we will delete all Customer Data and Output, including backups. We may retain only:
- Minimal security logs for up to 90 days
- Records required by law
We do not retain anonymized versions of Customer Data beyond this window.

We recognize your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
If you’re located in the EU:
- Right to access: You can ask what personal data we hold about you.
- Right to deletion: You can request that we delete your personal and Customer Data.

Note: We do not support real-time editing of customer data. If any data you’ve submitted is incorrect or no longer desired, the appropriate recourse is to request deletion.

- Right to delete: You may request that we delete your information.
- Right to opt out: We do not sell your data, but this right is noted for completeness.
- Right to non-discrimination: We will not treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights.
